Three Phases of Recovery at the Mission (audio)

Michael outlines three very distinct phases of early recovery in a rescue mission program.  Each of them is focused around a grouping of the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (PDF).

He discusses the unique characteristics of each phase in detail and shares practical “action steps” and programming suggestions for each of them.

This talk includes practical guidance on how the staff  can organize activities around these phases to help their clients succeed in recovery.
